A: We are a High end packaging direct factory with 16-year producing experience.

2. Q: What is your jewelry box MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs, which depends on your products.

3. Q: How long can I get my samples?

A: Usually, it takes 3-7 working days to finish the gift box sample once you confirmed sample information. Express time is about 3-5 days to the destination.

4. Q: Can I customize my packaging and jewelry box and case ?

A: Yes, Our factory offers OEM&ODM service. All the product can be customized in logo, material, size, style, color and so on.

5. Q: How long will it take for the jewelry box bulk production?

A: Usually, 25-45 days (shipping time is not included) after we received your deposit, the final delivery date will be confirmed based on your final order quantity and styles .

6. Q: How about your jewelry box quality control system ?

A: we have 42 quality checkers, each order will be 4 steps for production process : IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC, each order will be 100% before shipping. And if you request, we also will do third party inspection or accept customer QC checking.

7. Q: How about the payment?

A: T/T, Paypal can be accept. Usually payment term will be 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
