1. What is your minimum order quantity?

-Neutral product in reel or tube or box packed MOQ 100pcs for connectors.

-Neutral product in simple polybag MOQ 100pcs for cable assemblies.

-OEM logo on product in simple polybag or in neutral foil bag MOQ 1000pcs for cable assemblies.

-OEM logo on product in retail packaging MOQ 1000pcs for connectors and cable assemblies.

2. What is your sample terms?

-Please check with us in advance whether the product be free. There are 85% parts in our factory which we provide 2-5pcs free samples for approval. And free samples require the buyer to charge the shipping cost.

3. What is the lead time?

-Sample within one week

-Mass production in 12-25days after deposit for normal materials.

4. What is your payment terms?

-Amount under USD5000, by Credit card through Online Order Paypal, transferring commission 4.44% will bear by buyer. Bulk order, T/T 30% in advance, balance payment before shipment.

5. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

-Yes, we’re professional customized manufacturer, we are specialized on production by your samples or technical drawings, we have ability to build the new molds and tooling.

6. Do you do OEM?

-We provide both OEM and ODM service, OEM on product or packaging are the most common way.

7. What kind of packaging do you have?

-For connectors, neutral packaging, reel and tray or box packaging.

-For cable assemblies, neutral packaging, simple polybag with OEM color sticker, OEM bag, OEM Blister or OEM Gift Box.

8. What is your terms of delivery?

-We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP etc. You can choose the one which the most convenient and effective to you.

9. What is your warranty policy?

-For consumer cable assemblies, the warranty is 1-year from shipment.

-For medical and automotive and industrial wire harness, the warranty is 2-years from shipment.

10. How do you ship my order?

-We will ship by express for small quantity, and by air or sea for bulk purchase.
