The tail of the drill tail screw is in the shape of a drill tail or a pointed tail, without auxiliary processing. It can directly drill, tap, and lock on the setting material and foundation material, greatly saving construction time. Compared to ordinary screws, they have a high tensile strength and maintenance force, and will not loosen for a long time after combination. Usage: It is a type of screw, mainly used for fixing colored steel tiles in steel structures, and also for fixing thin plates in simple buildings. It cannot be used for metal to metal bonding fixation.

According to the material, it can be divided into: steel 1022A, stainless steel 410, and stainless steel 304.
1. Carbon steel drill screw, 1022A, standard heat treated steel can be used as the production material for drill screw. After heat treatment, the surface hardness is HV560-750, and the core hardness is HV240-450. Common surface treatment is prone to rust, high hardness, and low cost.
2. Stainless iron drill tail screw, 410, heat treatable, with better rust resistance than carbon steel, but worse than stainless steel.
3. Stainless steel drill tail screw, 304, non heat treatable, strong rust resistance, low hardness, high cost, can only drill aluminum, wood, and rubber plates.
4. Composite drill tail screws, drill bits are produced using carbon steel, and threads and heads are produced using a process that combines 304 stainless steel
