1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

   We are a manufacturing factory offering OEM and ODM services.

2. Which metal hardware materials you can process?

   Brass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Various Steel, SPCC, SGCC, SECC, Bronze, etc.

3. Can you sell your present available products to us directly? Then we can save tooling costs and time.

   No, our present available stocks can't be sold directly. Because our products are custom made per other clients' drawings, and the patent copyright belongs to other customers. We will make new toolings per your drawings exclusive for you. (Accept negotiation)

4. Do you provide free samples?

   Usually we make paid proto samples per clients' drawings. For some products, the sample costs will be returned when the tooling order is confirmed. That depends. Please inquire us per your drawings. (Accept negotiation)

5. What is your Lead time?

   Lead time for Mould tooling is 18 workdays. Lead time for mass production is also around 24 workdays. (Accept negotiation)

6. What are your payment term?

   Usually, 50% payment at order confirmation. 50% balance payment after final inspection before shipment. (Accept negotiation)

7. How can you prove your reliability?
