Order process

1. Get the design/drawing/sample from customer

2. Our designer would developed the sample and make prototype sample

3. For customer checking the sample shape and quality, if there have amendments, we would revise the sample until the customer is satisfied with it.

4. Customer confirm the sample and place the order

5. Setting the production schedule and material preparation and inspect the material quality

6. Arrange fabric cutting and embroidery and/or printing

7. Sewing the fabric and all the needed accessories as the sew-in label

8. Assembling the eyes & nose and stuffing, assembling and finish final hand sewing

9. Shaping & brushing and checking the product quality and doing pre-self inspection

10. Rework with the defective products

11. Doing metal detection for needle

12. Pack the products as customer’s requirements and stored them in the warehouse

13. Deliver out the goods according customer’s request.
