Able to travel to Jakarta on 19 – 21 Sept 2024

Senior professional with purchasing and/or influencing decision-making authority

Have serious intent to purchase and sourcing needs

Profiling as distributor/importer/OEM or ODM buyer/retailer based in Indonesia

Corporate’s sourcing volume is above USD 200,000/year

VIP buyers must commit to:

Attend minimum 5 pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings with exhibitors

Guided tour of the exhibition

How to Apply as a VIP Buyer?

Step 1: Register your interest

To be considered for the program, you’ll need to register your interest via the application form below. To ensure a successful application you must be a senior executive with purchasing authority and meet all the criteria mentioned above. Places in the VIP Buyer program are highly competitive and restricted to a limited number of guests.

Step 2: Selection process

Successful applicants will be notified via email by 18 August 2024 and will have ten (10) working days to accept our invitation to join the program.

Step 3: Matching process

Once confirmed as one of our VIP Buyers, our VIP Buyer Manager will work with you to identify your sourcing preferences to match you with our exhibitors and assist in the management of your diary whilst attending Global Sources Electronics Indonesia.

Step 4: Self-Scheduled Appointments

After the matching process is completed, our team member will send you your pre-scheduled appointment details via email.
